**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design and Development**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, effective architectural solutions.
- Design and implement technical frameworks, integrations, and system architectures that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.
- **Documentation**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and integration details.
- Prepare user guides, technical manuals, and project documentation to facilitate clear communication across teams.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Conduct research to identify emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.
- Collaborate with academic and research-oriented teams to explore innovative approaches and scientific solutions.
- Publish findings in relevant forums or contribute to internal research-driven projects.
- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems and solutions for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong portfolio of implemented solutions.
- Expertise in creating detailed technical documentation and user-friendly guides.
- Experience conducting research and working in academic or scientific settings is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with scientific research methods and academic publishing.
- Experience in designing solutions for research-intensive environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
