**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Free Zone logistics department, ensuring that all activities are in compliance with the relevant regulations and standards
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and accurately
- Implementing and maintaining effective inventory management systems to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment
- Leading the team responsible for the physical receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the Free Zone
- Identifying and escalating quality or quantity issues to the relevant department and supporting on resolutions
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders by delivering a high level of support, managing expectations and engaging them throughout the delivery cycle
- Ensuring that all documentation related to the shipping, receiving and inventory of goods is accurate and up to date

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics operations, specifically within a Free Zone
- Exposure to working with Warehouse Management Systems, e-documents and inventory systems
- Sound understanding of domestic and international shipping laws and regulations
- A proven track record of successfully managing a team of logistics personnel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- A problem solver who can quickly and efficiently resolve issues that arise along the way.
