**Role Purpose**:

- Analyse business requirements of Vodafone Products & Services for both post-paid subscribers.
- Design & implement products & services in Billing domain.
- Own code end-to-end from design to development on billing platforms.
- Embrace automation and DevOps techniques and use version control.
- Ensure all products & services have the highest quality & best customer experience.
- Third-line support for handling live customer complaints in case it requires fix or enhancement.
- Communication with technical, business, finance and customer care stakeholders to agree on requirements and proposed design.
- Chapter lead for the billing agile members and ensure a smooth agile delivery process.
- Plan BSCS upgrade to the latest release with most efficient design from HW and SW perspective maintaining all the running customization and network integrations.
- Ensure the team conform to Vodafone's Security & Privacy policies and standards.
- Review team performance and set individual development plans.
- Manage team goals, objectives and performance standards

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- B.Sc. of Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Telecom industry
- Excellent Knowledge of Ericsson BSCS and Ericsson MultiMediation
- Excellent knowledge of computer science basics (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
- Knowledge of development tools and relevant programming front/back end languages such as NodeJs and Javascript
- Database knowledge SQL and NoSQL databases
- GSM network overview.
