**About The Role**

We're looking for a creative Visualization Supervisor to join our team. You will be involved in diversified projects for different ventures. If you are a creative person with a keen eye for details and have a strong passion for art & designs, check out the job description below

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the whole creative brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts.
- Understanding design briefs, developing art direction, preparing drafts and presenting creative ideas following the brand guidelines.
- Designing and generating digital media graphic assets for websites, mobile apps, social media, video production, and other online needs.
- Creating infographics, charts, tables, graphs, copies for digital presentations and handling the design for the presentations, and creating presentation templates for the company.
- Creating social media designs, digital imaging, and **motion videos** to be used in social media posts for various clients.
- ** Conceptualization, development and production of animations for the various projects and products such as reports and presentations.**:

- ** Producing of motion graphic templates**
- Successfully manage all phases of assigned projects and activities to meet deadlines.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
- 5-7 years in a digital imaging, art production, animations, visualization and motion graphics and/or a design position, preferably with an emphasis in the Media industry.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics basics and animation of presentations slides.
- Mastery of the latest Adobe Suite of design programs - InDesign CC, Photoshop CC, and Illustrator CC.
- Familiarity with web design and video production tools is a plus.
- Experience with product-focused design fields, like mobile and web UX and UI design.
- Experience in branding and art direction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and manage change effectively.
- Organized and detail oriented self-starter.
- Strong capability to leverage resources and proactively solve problems to deliver work on time,
- make sound independent decisions, while being able to efficiently manage time and multiple
- projects simultaneously.
- Team player - enjoys collaboration on several projects.
- Positive attitude with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with their
- coworkers.
- Strong knowledge in digital file specs and sizes that match different media channels requirements.
- Artistic sensibility and a strong eye for detail.
- Adaptability to new tools and processes.
