**Responsibilities**
- Technical support to farm manager to achieve farm AOP on Yield, Ton cost & Quality
- Control and monitor all farm operations according to (GAP) good agriculture practices and report deviations if any
- Ensure the quality and integrity of received raw materials (chemicals, seeds, fertilizers, and packaging to ensure compliance with PepsiCo standard)
- Operate Smart Agro system (VISTEX) at the farm level
- Create new fields and record all KPIs parameter on VISTEX
- Conduct full risk assessment for farm fields before planting to ensure it is free of (chemical and physical) contamination and follow up corrective actions to eliminate any food safety risk.
- Support in preparing agronomy plans for each potato variety
- Execute & monitor trials for new products related to agro production to find alternatives with low cost and higher efficiency
- Operating water management system (Irri-MAX technology) to sustain water consumption
- Monitoring the crop performance and present the required reports on VISTEX
- Approve or reject raw materials issuance according to plans.
- Following up plans progress and report deviations to management and report corrective actions progress.
- Ensure compliance of harvested potato to safety PHI and collect samples for MRL testing
- Follow up on raw materials stocks to ensure compliance with storage standard & adjust requirement
- Calibrating field equipment before operation (Pivots, sprayer, spreader, and planter)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or B.Sc. in Science
- 3- 5 years of experience in agriculture field.
- Experience in quality & food safety systems
- good in English (written and spoken)
