RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks to be performed under this contract
- Conduct verification calls for the migrants over the phone.
- Identify the eligibility criteria under IOM regulations and standard of operations.
- Coordinate the assistance provided to each of the beneficiaries.
- Ensure appropriate data management of beneficiaries, including entering data into IOM databases on assistance and proper filing.
- Prepare statistics, reports and analysis as requested.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all beneficiaries.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a in a community work related field from an accredited academic institution with minimum from 1 - 2 years of experience in the humanitarian field.
- Experience in working with governmental and diplomatic authorities as well as with international organizations is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge in word processing and typing skills in English and Arabic;
- Experience working with Excel and databases.
- Thorough working knowledge of English and Arabic, both spoken and written

Languages
- English and Arabic

Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.

**Notes**
- IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
