**About the job**:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing plans, handling designs and copywriting for content, and providing exceptional community management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning: Develop a product marketing plan that will help attract and retain
customers in a competitive market that aligns with the company's marketing
strategy and goals.
- Design: Handle design of creatives for digital activities including social media
organic content, paid media campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Copywriting: Deliver required copy material for all digital communication, campaigns, and marketing materials in formal Arabic, Egyptian dialect, and English reflecting the tone of voice with the company's various target audience segments.
- Traffic generation: Perform SEO audits and management throughout our digital
marketing to increase the audience base and generate customers organically.
- Lead generation: Ensure there is a strong presence to maximize the user base and
promote the brand through paid media campaigns and other channels.
- PR & Comms: Manage all external and internal PR & communications. Drive the
company’s media strategy and execute PR campaigns for brand awareness.
- Brand building: Plan and implement actions to further develop the brand's share of
a voice within the ecosystem and ensure a sustainable reputation across the market
- Product Marketing: Implement a data-driven approach to market existing and new
services following extensive market research. Implement targeted marketing
campaigns that will drive customer engagement and bring commercial results.
- Build relationships and coordinate with external partners and agencies.
- Reporting: Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting results. Develop insightful
listening and analytics reports and devise ideas for ongoing marketing activities to
executive management, trends, and other digital and offline marketing opportunities.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

**Who are we looking for?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- 2 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience with Market Research.
- Understanding of Marketing Strategies.
- Copywriting skills in both formal Arabic and Egyptian dialects.
- Ability to use design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - Motion graphics/video editing tools are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
