**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement code for products, services, or features, reusing code where applicable. Break down larger work items into smaller tasks and provide accurate estimations.
- Participate in defining key scenarios, use cases, and end-user experiences. Manage complex feature ownership by collaborating with product managers and engineering teams.
- Define and implement metrics, monitoring, and testing frameworks for key features and KPIs. Facilitate architectural changes through this process.
- Contribute to the growth of other engineers through code reviews, and active collaboration. Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features.
- Stay current with industry developments to improve product performance and drive consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience developing and deploying production-level software.
- Demonstrated experience in various phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, deployment, and live site management.
- Proficiency in tracking and resolving complex technical issues in online service environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, React, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Passion for supporting great quality, high performance, and reliable system/API.
- Customer focused, strategic, drives for results, is self-motivated, and has a propensity for action.
- Good problem solver with excellent written and oral communication skills.
