French Speaking Executive Virtual Assistant

Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of a French-speaking Executive Virtual Assistant. This position requires fluency in both French and English, as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence in French and English.
- Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as assigned by executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and other materials in French and English.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the executive team.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the executives and the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant, preferably in a multinational or remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
Pay: E£280.00 - E£330.00 per hour
