We're looking for a Financial Manager to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, implement and supervise Arab development financial strategies, policies and forms.
- Manage all accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts receivable, general ledger, document control, auditing and taxes calculations.
- Manage all cash transactions, debts, collecting, do cash flow forecasting and report back to leadership team with finical recommendation whenever needed.
- Monitor and analyse financial accounting data and perform company’s financial audits regularly.
- Plan and perform random, quarterly, Mid-year and year-end financial audits.
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Develop subordinates by managing their performance, setting clear goals and plans, providing internal ongoing training, and recommend external trainings annually.
- Manage, review and audit the daily accounting activities to ensure month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and delivered on time.
- Ensuring that all accounting processes align and complied with the Egyptian law.
- Collect and analyse financial data and create inclusive reports for the leadership team upon request.
- Stay informed and up to date about the latest developments in the finance industry.
- Analysing and auditing all financial reports, invoices and receipts.
- Comply with the company’s policies and procedures, ISO standers and requirements and ensure implementation across the team.
- Recommend training programs, courses and awareness sessions for the subordinates.
- Performs other duties as assigned upon request

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- MBA preferred.
- CMA is a preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience with financial systems ERP
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.

Location: Nozha el gadeda - cairo

**Salary**: From E£15,000.00 per month
