- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring efforts.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and memos.

**HR Policies Development and Implementation**
- Help develop and update HR policies and ensure they are effectively communicated across the organization.

**Employee Engagement and Culture Development**
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities and recognition programs to boost morale and build a positive work culture.
- Collect employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to understand engagement levels and identify improvement areas.

**Talent Development and Succession Planning**
- Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support career growth.
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying critical roles and helping prepare employees for advancement opportunities.

**Off boarding and Exit Interviews**
- Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, retrieving company assets, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Analyze exit interview feedback to identify common reasons for turnover and develop strategies to improve retention.
