**Role Purpose**:
Product Owner will be responsible to envision and understand the customer expectations of the product. The product consist on Frontend, Backend, Platform components like Ansible AWX based configuration automation engine to support various configuration tasks in global VF datacenter environments.

Will be responsible for Product development of the Data Center Configuration Management automation engine. Will work closely with the development team and Cloud and Connectivity Operations and Engineering teams to ensure that the solution meets the needs of our key stakeholders.
Develop the product in such a way that satisfy all the criteria given by the customer and function effectively and fulfil all the demands of the customer.
Work with stakeholders to create a vision of the product they wish to create and communicate that product vision to the Scrum team and stakeholders.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Envision and understand the customers' expectations from the product.
- Develop the product so that it satisfies all the criteria given by the customer and functions effectively and fulfils all the customer's demands.
- Work with stakeholders to create a vision of the product they wish to create and communicate that product vision to the Scrum team and stakeholders.
- Key role in Scrum, along with the Scrum Master. Maintains the product backlog. Prioritizes the developments
- Prioritizing and overseeing the development team's tasks and making sure the company derives as much value as possible from the team's work.
- Participate in Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies of Cloud and Connectivity automation.
- Propose new features and new developments to the tools
- Propose and run PoCs (Proof of Concept) for different automation solutions

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- 3+ years Experience on Front End and /or Back-end development
- 3+ years Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, set priorities, and drive projects to completion.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum
- Strong Knowledge on Cloud and Connectivity technologies and processes (Infrastructure, Virtualization, Containerization, Connectivity, DevOps, etc).
- Know the ins and outs of development, design, agile framework, software development, scrum approach, and IT infrastructure
- Tool experience with GitHub, Jira & Confluence, JFrog, Azure DevOps, SonarQube
