Provide staff resumes/CV and describe qualifications and experience of key staff who will be involved in this project, including their experience in the fields of BPER, organizational change management and public assistance programs. Staff should possess the following qualifications:

- Significant experience (minimum 5+ years) working with government entities in process improvement.
- Understanding of customer access for human services programs, workflow analysis, business operations, and project management.
- Knowledge of federal requirements under all TANF, CCAP, medical, SNAP, GPA, and other public assistance programs.
- Examples of documentation and prior work plans, document procedures and identification of inefficiencies in procedures.
