**Education and Expertise**:

- ** Experience**:10+ years of experience in software delivery or project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with software delivery tools and technologies, such as version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and issue tracking systems.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead and manage** the software delivery team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
- ** Oversee the end-to-end software delivery process**, from project initiation to final deployment.
- ** Review project requirements,** schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- ** Monitor and optimize key performance indicators** (KPIs) related to software delivery, such as delivery times, quality metrics, and client satisfaction.
- ** Identify and address** any issues or challenges that arise during the software delivery process, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption.
- ** Develop and implement** strategies to improve delivery processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- ** Cultivate strong relationships** with internal stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, and clients, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- ** Provide leadership**, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- ** Stay informed about industry trends,** best practices, and emerging technologies in software delivery, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
