Overview:
Works independently, taking full responsibility and ownership of all E-Learning assigned projects from all Expleo group offices, academy, and subsidies.
Primary role to create and develop creative SCORM compliant e-learning solutions including all associated for tasks and assignments. Works under the supervision of a senior team member. Delivers in own area and contributes to overall departmental goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and creative SCORM compliant e-learning solutions using Articulate Storyline comply with Expleo branding material.
- Create project plan for every assigned project including the project scope, the required resources, estimated development time, the project overall timeline.
- Meet all project deadlines in all phases with mínimal defects.
- Prioritise work duties for maximum efficiency.
- Develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning training.
- Develop and integrate all multimedia, graphics, images, and animations required for e-learning coursewares.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eLearning industry practices, strategy, and technology.
- Integrate emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning coursewares.
- Manipulate and edit digital imagery, video and incorporate graphics, and audio, if required.
- Test coursewares for technical errors and spelling/grammar mistakes before publishing.
- Employ cultural sensitivity in communicating with others.
- Actively participate and deliver on own objectives, collaborate with other team members and department.
- Provide input into team planning.
- Has a strong set of core values while operating with adaptability to particular conditions, situations, and people.
- Maintain openness to others’ ideas and makes decisions based upon experience, data, facts and reasoned judgement.
- Conduct business with an understanding and respect for the differences in rules, customs, laws, regulations, and business operations between own culture and all cultures.

Qualifications:

- **Essential** - Bachelor’s Degree.
- ** Desirable** - Additional courses or certification in eLearning and adult learning.

**Skills**:**Technical**:

- ** Fluency in English is a MUST.**:

- ** Proven record and experience in Articulate Storyline is a MUST.**:

- ** 1 - 5 years of experience in E-Learning/Digital Learning**:

- ** Proficient with MS Office suite of programmes, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.**:

- Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
- Adobe Illustrator(preferred).
- Adobe After Effects (preferred).
- Adobe Audition (preferred).
- Graphic Design experience (preferred).
- Motion graphics (preferred).

**General**:

- Professional attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and responds positively to changing business issues.
- Excellent communication skills and Able to build and maintain good relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
- Good self-management and able to work independently.
