In URBI we bring a geospatial intelligent IT platform with full and precise data inside. We are unique both to the market and to the region. We are developing, and growing the number of our clients and projects so now we opened a new position of IT Project manager to join our professional team. If you want to work in Duabi and deal with challenging projects, state-of-the-art technology stack and GCC Government Authorities, this position is for you. What you are going to do
- Communicate with B2G or B2B clients in UAE or other GCC countries and understand their real need in the project.
- Participate in presale activities.
- Identify, evaluate and assess project risks and opportunities and develop claim strategies.
- Create and maintain project plans and timelines, including determining tasks, due dates and milestones, creating and updating project plan and backlog.
- Partner with the Technical Project Manager to ensure the proper execution of customer contracts.
- Cost accounting and controlling as well as planning, forecasting, and reporting of financial results and variances for the projects on a monthly basis to senior management.
- Create and maintain project documentation including all documents, process flows, reports to funders, project descriptions, etc.
- At least 3 years of project management previous experience, a portfolio of successfully realized projects is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to move to Dubai is a mast.
- Higher education, technical degree would be preferable.
- GIS experience would be a plus.
- Experience of interaction with executive-level staff.
- Strong appreciation for ensuring accuracy in all levels of financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation skills
- must be able to effectively communicate technical and financial information to customers.

s: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to E£76,525.00 per month
