Youth Beyond Banking Officer

Description

Maintain an organized schedule along the year, taking into consideration the availability of the Hub space.

Communicate our events and programs to potential partners.

Manage a database of participants, customers, partners, and all relevant parties.

Supervise Admin Staff in relation to MINT Hub maintenance, etc.

Follow up on KPI Achievement and Day to Day operations with Partners and service providers.

Assisting in developing new programs and developing new partnerships.

Analyze the received partnerships proposals and recommend amendments if needed

Attend different events and programs organized by MINT.

Collect surveys from attendees on the quality of the delivered content, trainers, and programs.

Communicate the results of those surveys with different stakeholders to ensure the enhancement of different programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in Programs coordination Field, Preferred exposure in partnerships and account management.

Experience within the Banking Industry will be considered as an asset.

**Skills**:
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)

Excellent decision making and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Good Business Acumen of external market and up-to-date market trends and practices.
