Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Leadership & Team Development**:

- **Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.**:

- Set clear performance targets and monitor results.
- Inspire and coach the team to consistently exceed expectations.
- **Sales Strategy & Growth**:

- **Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.**:

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Analyze sales data to forecast trends and optimize performance.
- **Customer & Partner Management**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and resellers.**:

- Manage reseller networks to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers and partners.
- **Market Representation**:

- **Present company solutions to customers in a professional manner.**:

- Represent Veipex at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Strengthen brand presence and identify new partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing customer accounts and reseller networks.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Fluency in Arabic and experience in the MENA region is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
- Background in **VoIP, PBX, or enterprise software solutions** sales.
- Advanced certifications in sales or leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
