**Purpose of the job**

Proposing plans, supervising, and executing external and internal corporate sponsorship and events related to corporate social responsibility within the defined guidelines and policies of the company.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for meeting all corporate social responsibility objectives.

2. Accountable for the company corporate responsibility annual report.

3. Accountable for reporting all corporate responsibility initiatives, targets and activities to shareholders Orascom Telecom holding and FT/Orange.

4. Determine objectives for communicating the brand to the various audiences through appropriate CSR activities and related sponsorships.

5. Implement and exploit the corporate image within all corporate involvements.

6. Plan, develop and propose annual donations budget.

7. Organize and execute events sponsored by the company.

8. Secure the company corporate image at all events internal and external.

9. Set standards and define processes for all sponsored events internal and external.

10. Review contractual terms and negotiate for the best benefits of the company in addition to ensuring full commitment from suppliers, external organizer to meet terms of contractual obligations.

11. Set approach for gathering feedback on all events sponsored by the company.

12. Manage negotiations with event organizers and suppliers under the supervision of the senior manager and deputy director.

**Job Specifications**

**Education**
- University graduate preferably from Mass Communication or Business Administration.

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years of experience preferably in executing corporate events and sponsorship activities.

**Skills and abilities**
- Very good command of English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Creative and able to work in and lead a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
