**About the Job**

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for the below:

- Design and create innovative graphics, posters, web pages and other materials including logos, brochures, and social media content.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and development to ensure graphics align with project objectives and timelines.
- Manage and organize design assets including photos and graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, new technologies, and tools.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on best practices for graphic design to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Ensure all graphics are optimized for web and mobile viewing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in all aspects of graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in website design (HTML/CSS) and UX/UI principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent color correction, typography, and composition skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
