**Job Title**: Primary Homeroom Teacher

**Job Category**:Full Time / onsite ( Maadi, Cairo, Egypt)

**Working Days**: Sunday to Thursday

**Major Responsibilities:

- **
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction that meets the diverse needs of students in multiple grade levels.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to help them reach their full potential.
- Demonstrate outstanding teaching skills which lead to excellent results and outcomes
- Demonstrate excellent and innovative pedagogical practice, including the use of educational technology, experiential learning, and hands on materials
- Assess, track, monitor student progress, implementing development plans as necessary
- Identify, develop, deploy most effective resources (and e-resources) to support effective child-centered learning, and monitor efficiency of the resources.
- Ensure appropriate assessments are carried out to improve learning outcomes and uphold student wellbeing
- Oversee the preparation of individualized learning and reports
- Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure the success of each student
- Stay up-to-date on educational trends and best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.

**Homeroom teachers will possess the following specifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Valid teaching license/certificate
- Experience teaching multiple grade levels in a multi-age classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and individualized instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
