As a **Client Success Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our dental practice clients. **Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Certifications**: Certification in Customer Success Management or related fields (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, Certified Marketing Professional) is preferred.
- ** Experience**: 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
- ** Language Proficiency**: C2 English proficiency level required, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Strategic and Analytical Skills**: Proficient in strategic planning and project management with an analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
