- Contribute to monitoring project progress and assist in issue and risk management.
- Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
- Actively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance project management skills.
- Contribute to process improvements within the project management function.
- Maintain organized project documentation and files.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in project and program management
- Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
