**Key Responsibilities**:

**Brand and Advertisement**:
- Setting the overall media & digital marketing strategies for all marketing campaigns and brand plans.
- Define the function objectives and lead the media and digital marketing yearly plan according to the marketing calendar and business needs.
- Manage the whole media process for all the marketing campaigns planning, buying, performance & optimization.
- Setting the content strategy & always on social media (including the creation of all digital assets)
- Managing and optimizing the media budgets and their allocation to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Managing partner agencies (social media agency & media agency).
- Pitch and evaluate new agencies according to the business needs.
- Setting KPIs and objectives for strategies, campaigns, spends and agencies to monitor and optimize the overall function performance.
- Setting the lead management strategy and the development of its funnel and cycle end to end both offline and digital partnering with all the internal stakeholders (data insights, digital & sales teams)
- Act as a key stakeholder with the partnerships team to successfully manage and launch new partnerships and business development opportunities.
- Working with website and app teams to deliver the best user experience and most efficient campaign results, including the implementation of the needed tracking tags.
- Creating campaign, spending, delivery and acquisition tracking reports and funnels.
- Managing and working on analyzing data reports to drive insights as well as defining and developing targets and customer personas.
- Managing and developing the team and setting their KPIs and progression plans
- Managing Global Partnerships and sponsorships, and leveraging them on local levels
**Operational Marketing**:
- Lead the marketing operations process, with innovation in terms of new suppliers and new ideas. Including:
- Internal & external Branding
- Support the launch of all company new and revamped products in terms of naming, material required, designs, packaging, and launch events.
- Generating all marketing material, packaging and kits required with the launch of any new product for AXA Egypt across all lines of business that fit AXA standards and attain customer appeal and loyalty from an operational marketing perspective.
- Create and purchase branded goodies for customer appreciation and loyalty.
- Planning and leading execution of AXA BTL activities and on-ground activation plans, including.
- On-Ground activation to support campaigns and lead generation.
- Planning and leading the execution of AXA Summer plans
**Trade Marketing**:
- Supporting the expansion of distribution channels whether direct retail, new banc assurance agreements or partnerships by providing the right trade marketing tools and sales aids that will help maximize sales and ensure the efficiency of these channels.
- Support with the launch of all new alliances to reflect AXA brand image in terms of branch presence, AXA prominence in branches and sales representative desks.
- Responsible to deliver on all BTL marketing material (flyers, brochures, roll ups, videos, signage.etc), while ensuring that all customer facing material reflect the brand’s image.
- Cooperation with all alliances for AXA communication to their customer database and within branch channels and creation of joint campaigns
- Create all the creative visuals and image to be present in alliance branches.
**Skills**:
**Business Knowledge/Technical Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communications or business.
- 7 - 9 years of relevant work experience
- Track record in the digital marketing field, agency or client side, a mixed experience in both is a plus
- Track record in managing medium to large media budgets and achieve the set KPIs.
- Hands on digital platforms and campaign management and performance tools.
- Up to date with the media and digital marketing trends.
- Strong business acumen and market development understanding.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive and proactive.
- Creative ability to generate new and engaging campaign ideas and ways of work.
- Knowledge of customer service and the techniques involved in assessing and meeting customers' needs. Knowledge of the financial or insurance industries, their products and advertising benchmark is a plus.
