We are looking for a **Senior Hardware Verification Engineer** with the following profile to join our **Softmodels Memories Team** of MED Solutions, ICS HAV division in Cairo, Egypt.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and executing JEDEC standards of memory Protocols.
- UVM Verification environment development.
- Verify softmodel memories emulation and prototyping environments.
- Design & Implement memories softmodels for emulation and Veloce environments.
- Run static timing analysis and analyze reports.
- Running code check tools and code coverage tools, analyze reports and documentation.

**Required skills, knowledge and experiences**:

- B.Sc., M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering. Graduation Grade: Excellent or Very Good.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience in Hardware Description Languages such as System Verilog, VERILOG, VHDL is required.
- Good knowledge of Functional Verification flow is required.
- Experience in UVM verification is required.
- Experience in code coverage, functional coverage, coverage closure, constrained random verification and System Verilog Assertions.
- Good knowledge in Digital HW Design.
- Logic synthesis and synthesis report analysis knowledge.
- Hands on experience in FPGA design flow is a plus.
- Knowledge of memory protocols (DRAM, SPI NOR, and Flash memories)
- Good knowledge with scripting languages such as Shell/Perl and TCL/TK is a plus.
- Good communicator in English, proactive and wishing to work in a hands-on role from initial Spec through to support of deployment.
- Needs to be methodological, have good communication skills.
- Must be able to work with people remotely.
- Self-Motivated, attentive to details and able to work independently.
