We are currently hiring a Sourcing Specialist who is responsible to help LXT to Fulfil the freelancers sourcing needs for all LXT projects, Conduct the needed crowdsourcing activities in alignment with the Marketing team, Support in building LXT’s crowdsourcing database, and Support in establishing and maintaining a global network of vendors who act as extended partners to LXT.

**Key responsibilities & duties**:

- Manage LXT’s crowdsourcing database.
- Onboard and manage global sourcing vendors in all regions/territories.
- Obtain needed partnership agreements with vendors.
- Negotiate best prices with vendors.
- Manage a global network of specialized vendors.
- Manage the global university relations portfolio for sourcing objectives in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Dept
- Plan and execute LXT existence in global employment fairs in alignment with Talent Acquisition Dept
- Balance the sourcing between freelancers and vendors based on best-cost model.
- Study thoroughly sourcing needs for all projects and fulfil them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Operational Excellence team to set sourcing quality metrics and controls.
- Follow up on resources performance coming from OpEx to act upon individual performance history.
- Assure projects’ sourcing needs are met within set budget.
- Help in establishing crowd-care strategy and execute it to ensure crowd engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and grow opportunities.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience in crowdsourcing and/or vendor management and/or Talent acquisition in similar industry
- Ability to communicate effectively, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and quality
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, HR, or relevant field
- Knowledge in technological trends
- Ability to conduct technological analysis and research.
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years of experience
