SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We at Jotun Egypt are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service functions at our manufacturing site. This role will drive supply chain performance in line with company values and objectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while maximizing operational efficiency.
This position reports to the Operations Manager and is based in our factory in 10th of Ramadan, Al Robecky Industrial Zone.
Responsibilities:
- Lead demand, supply, and production planning to ensure product availability and optimal resource utilization.- Develop the production planning to meet customers wanted date and maximum resources utilization.- Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies; develop and manage supplier relationships to secure cost, quality, and reliability.- Maintain balanced stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to support service and working capital targets.- Ensure efficient customer service operations and export setup to meet current and future customer needs.- Lead and develop planning, purchasing, and customer service teams with clear KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management (planning & purchasing), ideally in a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes( Planning & Purchasing ) and ERP/MRP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
