**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate BIM workflows for multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
- Develop, maintain, and audit project BIM models in Revit and other software platforms.
- Create and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ensuring adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate model resolutions using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Facilitate remote model reviews, coordination meetings, and issue tracking using collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC, Revizto).
- Assist in developing and implementing company-wide BIM standards and templates.
- Produce visualizations, construction documents, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Train and support team members on BIM software and workflows remotely.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants across time zones.
- Manage data exchanges and federated models in a Common Data Environment (CDE).

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **3 to 6+ years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably with remote or distributed teams.**:

- Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in cloud collaboration tools like BIM 360, ACC, Revizto, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD, COBie).
- Experience in model federation, clash detection, and issue resolution workflows.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage deadlines remotely.
- Reliable internet connection and a secure, professional home office setup.
