**PR & Comms (Communication) Assistant Director**

We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual to join our team as a public relations assistant. The responsibilities of the public relations assistant include keeping calendars and media lists, participating in brainstorming sessions, and assisting with the organization and execution of PR events.

To be successful as a public relations assistant, you should be creative with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ultimately, a top-notch public relations assistant should have a passion for the PR industry and experience with copywriting, editing, and social media platforms.

**key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Support and assist in all marketing for the company and activities.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Support and assist marketing manager to control the company's marketing budget.
- Implementing promotional campaigns.
- Support and assist PR & marketing director in all responsibilities required for brand management and corporate identity.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Support and assist PR & marketing director in analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Support and assist PR & marketing director in all PR events
- Produce and distribute hotel Press Releases featuring all hotel activities, events, promotions
- Monitor all media coverage published in different publications (on|&off line)
- Support and assist PR & marketing director handling any negative media coverage, crisis occurs following Hilton crisis communication guidelines
- Support and assist PR & marketing director handling advertising & Editorial
- Maintain and update media mailing list and database
- Maintain and update the hotel photo library
- Handel on site Hotel Photo Shoot sessions (Hotel outlets & Rooms and Events)
- Handel & coordinate with third parties for any Commercial Shoots, Films and Advertising
- Post all resort PR activities at resorts distribution channels and Platforms.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's or associate degree in communications, public relations, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years in hospitality
- Good working knowledge of PR concepts and best practices.
- Experience with videoproduction and editing.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Outstanding computer skills, including experience with databases and design software.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and methods.
