As a Sales Executive at Ovarc, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within our target market segments. Leveraging your expertise in sales and business development, you will effectively communicate the value proposition of Ovarc's solutions, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to understand clients' expansion goals and challenges.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and pricing packages tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, addressing any objections or concerns to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRMsoftware.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of the international business landscape, with experience in selling solutions for global expansion preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
