- Support managers in conducting performance reviews, identifying development opportunities, and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Facilitate change management processes to support business transformation and growth.
- Ensure that organizational structures and job roles are aligned with business needs.
- Utilize data analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
