Our client with a significant presence in the food business is looking out for a junior R & D Manager to join their team in Egypt.

Your Role:
A seasoned professional who comes armed with qualitative experience in leading new product innovation, re-innovation of old product lines, and managing the stage-gate process. Anticipate company customers’ needs and respond to their requests by developing new innovative options using company core products/processes or consistent with company core technologies.

Must Haves:
You must have a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (preferably Food engineering, Food science) with 5+ years of strong experience in the food industry. Must have good hands in the R&D functions with a track record of key initiatives, which created an impact.
