You will be working with an Egyptian fintech startup founded in 2024 that provides digital invoice financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), offering credit approvals within minutes and fund disbursement in under 48 hours.In 2024, it became the first company in Egypt to receive a digital factoring license from the Financial Regulatory Authority, enabling it to offer fully digital factoring and reverse-factoring services.Oliv aims to bridge a $39 billion SME funding gap in Egypt and plans to serve over 5,000 clients by 2028.

**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:

- **7+ years of experience** building software solutions
- Experience using Python, Flutter and diverse technology stacks
- A **strong passion for technology** and diverse tech stack exposure
- Solid background with **open source frameworks**:

- A degree in **Computer Engineering/Science** from a reputable university
- Proven ability to **build and lead top-tier tech teams**:

- Mastery of **agile product development** in fast-paced environments
- Experience in **intelligent, data-centric solution development**:

- Familiarity or excitement about working in the **fintech space**
