- Preparing quaintly survey and BOQ.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect Engineer or similar role (7-10 years).
- Strong knowledge of system design and architecture principles.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
- Using engineering software such as: CAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D max.
- Excellent written & oral communication in English.
