Concierge Agent

**As Concierge Agent, we rely on you to**:

- Meet, greet and create an impressive first and last impression to all our hotel guests
- Provide updated and relevant information including local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations/confirmation, and etc.
- Assist arriving and departing guests with transportation and luggage handling
- Ensure a smooth traffic flow of all vehicles at all times

- Communicates with fluency in English and local language
- Loves to be creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests

- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: E£2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5* hotel: 1 year (preferred)
- Front office: 1 year (preferred)
- Concierge: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
