**Make to Deploy Senior Analyst**:
In this position, you will join the team of professionals to make the difference in Make to Deploy team, supporting European countries. You will be at the forefront of the Production Execution, Production Planning modules of SAP in Operations and Sustain activities, delivery of NextLog items and enhancements, delivery of Continuous Improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own SAP MTD (Make to Deploy) PP/PE functionality for Europe: UK, Poland, Germany, France, Balkans, Russia, etc.
- Monitor Business tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA, utilizing own functional SAP skills and experience.
- Change the SAP customizing to reflect the agreed changes in the processes.
- Write and approve functional and technical specifications documents.
- Drive MTD continuous improvement and engagements agenda.
- Partner with Business on new requirement for feasibility assessment, efforts evaluation and prioritization.
- Engage with Global Design Authority teams to ensure global governance and to secure global design authority approval.
- Meet Business expectations on quality and urgency.
- Engaging with other value streams (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.) leads to understand end-to-end impact and design proper solutions.
- Lead business discussion for new ideas, pursuits, Continuous Improvement changes
- Represent Europe Sector in global governance forums and meetings.

Qualifications:

- 4 years or more of relevant experience in SAP ECC, SAP S4/H technologies.
- Proven experience in SAP sustain activities and SAP enhancements implementations.
- A University degree in Business, Finance or Information Technology or related field.
- Functional and technical configuration hands-on expertise in Inventory Management, Production Execution, Production Planning modules.
- Understanding of MTD integration with backed SAP Order to cash (Material movements), Finance (GL postings).
- Experience in driving business workshops in MTD space for identifying business needs and driving through to template team.
- Experience in program and project management and waterfall and SAFe/ Agile methodology
- Planning and execution experience.
- Knowledge of Business processes, including for Foods, Beverage and Nutrition is a plus.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a strong collaboration in a virtual environment and across matrix organization.
