Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Solution Expert for one of our partners, a very well-known company.

**Job Summary**:
The Solution Expert develops, implements and coordinates plans and procedures for effectively identifying and managing adaptations of product designs. S/he will help end users by resolving IT related issues, including malfunctioning of systems. The Solution Expert tests, oversees, and maintains solutions, which also includes the coordination of installing and updating. As an integrative member of the team, s/he is actively contributing to the creation of a safe, collaborative, growth-focused, purposeful, values
- driven, and diverse company culture across all organizational levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and maintains owned systems like dynamic 365, IBM, sterling, SAP, etc.
- Communicates with vendors for customization requests, periodic updates, and support requests.
- Understands business requirements and accordingly develops configuration specifications.
- Recommends system enhancements and upgrades for performance efficiency.
- Optimizes configuration processes.
- Analyzes and resolves system defects and problems.
- Reviews and recommends changes to configuration management processes.
- Reviews engineering and software documents; compares details to hardware or software segments or the breakdown structures of project work.
- Collaborates with other senior-level staff to prepare engineering customization proposals.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of hands-on working experience in customization management within systems engineering.
- The ability to clarify the needs and priorities of users and translate them into potential technology-driven solutions.
- The ability to translate abstract concepts into defined objectives, business requirements, business processes, functional specifications, and an actionable product roadmap.
- Experience of agile ways of working across an interdisciplinary team.
- Understands relationships with the product manager, Scrum Master, Design Lead, and rest of the technical team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver complex messages, explain trade-offs, and tell a compelling story are also required for corporate stakeholders.
- Experience operating in diverse and international settings and a strong network within the Egyptian tech ecosystem are preferable.
- The ability to communicate and report to leadership in a goal-oriented manner.
- Acutely aware of, curious about, and able to leverage the benefits and potential of teams' cultural differences and diverse backgrounds.
