**Role**:
Assists in the development of short and long-term goals and strategic objectives of the company by identifying, analyzing and monitoring issues that affects profitability, growth and productivity. Assist the Strategy and Projects officer in assessing the state of organization, forecasting short and long-term operations, identifying the company goals and defining the methods and tools to achieve accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and recommend improvement of business plans and operations; this includes assessment of organizational readiness for, and exercise of, operational agility and flexibility.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in developing business priorities and operational plans.
- Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external business contacts.
- Evaluate company’s progress, success and effectiveness then develop recommendations to senior leadership to maximize business processes improvement.
- Collect information required to start projects, prepare detailed plans, determine resource allocation, deliverable timelines and possible issues.
- Establishing key performance indicators and monitoring the project with reference to cost estimates, overall plans, and deliverable deadlines.
- Preparing presentations and regular status reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, conducting internal meetings, reviewing finances, and streamlining the overall workflow, with the primary aim of keeping the business plan on schedule.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare presentations and regular status reports, serving as the main source of information about the project to external teams.
- Develop and maintain policies relating to department operations.

**Academic Requirments**:

- Master’s degree in a field such as business, finance is a plus

**Professional Experience**:

- 4-6 Years of experience in a related field of Strategic Planning.

- Strong Communication and problem solving skills
- Strong time management

**Technical Skills**:

- Professional use of computer and MS Suite.
