Within our Animal Nutrition & Health buiness, we are currently looking for Purchasing & Supply Chain & RA Specialist for our new production site at Sadat City, Egypt.

You will report directly to the Head of Operating Unit Commercial Operations.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Execute buying transactions, in such a way that products and services are delivered in time; direct, indirect, consumables, local and imported materials as well as services.
- Ensuring supply of the assigned all products/services for the site at the lowest total cost of ownership.
- Matching demand and supply by managing the sales & operations planning process.
- Demand Planning and following, communicating sales forecast.
- Consumption & Inventory control of the materials.
- Follow up invoice payments to the suppliers.
- Follow up VAT, duty, port payments to the related authorities.
- Follow up relations with customs agency & bonded warehouse service providers, transport companies.
- All Import / Export activities, operations, documentations.

**You bring**
- Bachelor's degree
- Recognized qualification in Purchasing
- Good written and oral expression in Arabic and English
- Professional experience of minimum 2-3 years
- Knowledge in relevant local labor laws and regulations
- Knowledge in purchasing processes (Sourcing and operational) in business-to-business context.
- Current Foreign trade legislation in force
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills, SAP is a plus.
- Self-motivated, team-player, ability to prioritize, result-oriented, analytical, accurate, responsible and proactive qualities with problem-solving mindset and positive working attitude.
