As our Coding Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting in-person coding classes, developing course content tailored to the offline environment, providing hands-on coding instruction to students, and offering guidance and support to help them excel in their coding journey.
- Deliver coding classes in an offline setting, focusing on in-person instruction and hands-on coding activities.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students in the offline environment.
- Provide individualized attention and guidance to students, helping them understand coding concepts and develop coding skills.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their coding abilities.
- Maintain a positive class environment that fosters learning, collaboration, and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, addressing any questions or concerns related to coding instruction.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring coding to children or young adults is preferred.
- Strong coding skills and proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans for offline instruction.
- Patient and adaptable approach when working with students of different skill levels.
- Passion for education and technology, with a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
