Job Location**:Madinaty, New Cairo.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students in line with the Egyptian National Curriculum.
- Foster an interactive classroom environment that encourages students to participate actively and develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide timely feedback to help students succeed.
- Create a supportive atmosphere where students feel safe to express themselves and ask questions.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching tools and resources to enhance learning experiences and stimulate student interest in English.
- Engage with parents and guardians to share insights regarding student performance and encourage their involvement in the learning process.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance the curriculum and engage in extracurricular activities that promote a love for the English language.
- Commit to professional development to remain informed about current teaching practices and methods.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline.
- Experience in teaching English at the Preparatory Stage is required.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with the National Curriculum.
- Strong grasp of English language and literature, with the ability to ignite student interest.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students and parents.
- Creative teaching style that promotes student engagement and encourages a love for learning.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community.
