Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.

Ensure that health and safety procedures are implemented.

Providing customers with the best mental image of the restaurant and providing suggestions that help in continuous improvement.

Controlling operational costs and setting appropriate budgets.

Providing periodic reports on revenues and expenses.

Supervising the restaurant’s promotion operations through the use of various promotion channels.

Suggest ways to reach a wider audience and offer offers and discounts.

Training new and existing employees to provide the best customer service.

Implement policies and procedures that keep work organized within the restaurant
