**Role purpose**:
To perform quote and purchase order processing and to support activities concerning
supply chain area. To identify issues and improvement opportunities and drive resolution with a
project thinking.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Performs process analysis and SWOT analysis, showing service level trends and identifying process improvement areas, determining process improvement goals.
- Reviews, designs and amends internal process documentations. Defines process gaps and addresses them as new demands to the technical support team.
- Creates, builds up and drives projects to lean and streamline processes.
- Provides support to business partners in finding the best ways of solving process issues, and sharing best practices.
- Provides professional guidance to team members.
- Keeps the team up-to-date on project progress.
- Gives opportunity to staff members to participate in projects, gives feedback about them to the Team Leader/Manager for reward and development purposes.
- Interface with SCM to ensure timely PO request issue
