The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing new business initiatives, identifying new sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying areas for growth.**Qualifications**Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Experience in business, sales, or marketing.
Account Management and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or relevant field.
Experience in the recruitment or talent management industry is a plus.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
