**What are your responsibilities?**

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions in artificial intelligence. You will collaborate closely with clients to identify their needs and design solutions to optimize their operations and processes and create business value. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, Robusta is recognized as a leader in the field, with a significant impact across the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prototype, develop and deploy efficient and scalable machine learning models and end-to-end AI solutions
- Collaborate with clients to identify potential for creating business value and optimizing processes using machine learning and AI technologies
- Design, implement, and test software solutions to meet client needs
- Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of development efforts
- Communicate with teams across different locations to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with AI technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality value-driven software solutions

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you?**
- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java,
- Hands-on experience with the data science and machine learning Python stack (Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas)
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras, and PyTorch
- Familiarity with the HuggingFace Ecosystem (Hub, transformers, datasets)
- Familiarity with version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) and containers (Docker)
- Solid understanding of software development principles, practices, and methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
