**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to promote the company.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings and competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
