**Overview of the role**

To generate and maximize income through commercializing the Media Promotion and Marketing and contributing to the overall business and the Specialty Leasing Revenue.

**What you will do**
- Works on sponsorship packages, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Canvasse new concepts in the visual merchandising mix of the business.
- Works on Internal Advertising & Promotional Tenant Mix.
- Develops effective relationships with the Clients and Tenants.
- Builds effective communication and understanding of the Client’s trade requirements and the operational terms and conditions of the mall.
- Communicates with Advertising Agencies and Internal Corporate Members to create Marketing and Media Packages.
- Assists in forecasting potential revenue within the operational area of Specialty Leasing.
- Develops frequent reports and trackers to monitor the department's performance and budget updates.
- Assures that all documents, payments, etc are in line with the policies and procedures of SL and internal audit.

**About the Team**

The SL team is a group of, highly motivated, collaborative, and fun, accounting professionals across CFC, looking to add
a team member to the department, reporting to the SL Manager.

**What equips you for the role**
- University degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience, in leasing, sales, marketing, or media management.
- Excellent verbal and written Arabic and English languages.
- Proficient use of MS Applications.
- Exposure to ERP is an asset.
