Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project scope. - Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules. - Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations - Track the progress and quality of work being performed and generate progress reports, task sheets and communication charts. Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log - Track & manage project changes. - Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. - Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. - Support in recruiting, selection and contracting of the project consultancy team. - Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others - Providing advice about strategic and operational issues for their clients - Plan and deliver work effectively and to a high quality, prioritizing own time in order to meet project and corporate goals, meet deadlines and achieve required financial and quality outputs for each project that we deliver.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred. At least two (2) of experience in working as a project coordinator. - Business planning, Business diploma and entrepreneurship background knowledge and practice is a plus. - Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills. - Multi tasking skills. - Good interpersonal and team building skills - Good Computer Skills and Internet Research Skills - Commands of English and Arabic language written and spoken. - Good command of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel & Power Point) - Attention to details - leadership skills and ability to work with stakeholders - Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to be proactive and use own initiative when and where appropriate in order to deal with problems and issues as they arise. - Works effectively as an individual or as part of a team. Shows resilience and clear decision making when under pressure and be able to overcome setbacks without them affecting personal perspective or performance. - Committed to working in partnership with colleagues to produce high quality research and consultancy outputs. - Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment - Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills - An eye for detail and excellent grammar. - Highly trustworthy and ethical
