Today, we are recruiting for an Automatic Fare Collection Junior Engineer position to join the Siemens Mobility Turnkey Project Team in Cairo. **Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented**
- In your new challenging role, you will learn to technically analyze contract requirements and customer inquiries and requests for proposals.
- Furthermore, you will support the requirements management team with respect to the definition and validation methods related to the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) System.
- In addition, you will create technical reports and design documents for the AFC system including the subsystems back office, server systems, Ticket Vending Machines, Automatic Gates etc.
- You will coordinate and support the Automatic Fare Collection project subcontractor in the preparation of formal document submittals and analysis of requirements and solutions being implemented.
- Next to this, you will support Testing and Commissioning (T&C) as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) by supporting the production of test plans, test reports and O&M manuals.

**Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid**
- You bring in a completed master’s degree in communication technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical study from a reputable University or college.
- You are a dynamic person, truly passionate about Mobility, willing to learn and grow in a truly vibrant international project environment.
- You are willing to learn about Automatic Fare Collection Systems (both open and closed loop) and about the typical interfaces in a railway environment.
- Good command of spoken and written Arabic, English (Business Level) rounds off your profile. Other languages may also be appreciated.
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad is required.
