**Job Title**:Senior Real Estate Sales

**Location**: 6th October City, Egypt

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Excellent closing skills and a strong motivation for sales.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional presentation and writing skills.
- Strong client relationship management and prospecting abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a strategic sales plan.
- A creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet browsing.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a broker role.
- Preferred age: 21-30 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make telephone calls and conduct in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Research and develop sources for identifying potential customers and assessing their needs.
- Demonstrate products and services to clients, assisting them in selecting the best options for their requirements.
- Create clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote our offerings.
- Build business by identifying and selling to prospects while maintaining relationships with clients.
- Recommend solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, researching new opportunities and suggesting service improvements.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
- Perform other duties reasonably related to this position.
